Korean e-book company is launching in Korea its e-book reading device using Mirasol display. The e-book reader features a 5.7-inch Qualcomm Mirasol display that combines the strength of LCD and e-ink, making it able to display colors and be viewed in direct sunlight.

Kyobo’s eReader Mirasol reader features 1024×768 resolution. It is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm SnapDragon S2 processor and runs a cutomized version of Android OS. The reader supports WiFi connectivity.
